1. Print out a BGS Submission form (or as many copies as you need) that CAN BE FOUND UNDER THE FILES TAB IN THE GROUP! 

2. Fill out your BGS paperwork. In order to do this all you'll need to do is complete the steps on the custom submission form provided. If using the BGS or your own custom form be sure to include the info that mine has. 

3. Ship your cards before the submission date ( I go weekly every Friday unless posted otherwise) so that they will arrive on time. On each set submission date, I will then gather everyone's cards and take them to the BGS Headquarters in Dallas, TX to be submitted personally. 

4.Times of completion vary as there is no guaranteed turnaround time. We try to get them back as soon as possible. 

5. I offer to wipe the cards down with a microfiber cloth for a fee of $1 per card. This has no guarantee that cards will be improved but I will try and get them in the best possible condition before submitting. BY NO MEANS WILL I ALTER CARDS, FOR EXAMPLE, NO WAXING, NO TRIMMING, NO PRESSING ETC.......I RUN A CLEAN OPERATION HERE. Cracking a slab is $2 per card. 

6. I offer to pull cards out that have noticeable flaws for a fee (only applies if card is pulled out). Please make a note on the form for either or both services. If there isn't a note then all cards will be subbed no matter the condition. Below is cost break down for cards pulled: 

a. SUPER PREMIUM- $50 each (only applies if card is pulled out) (you save $200 each) 

b. EXPRESS- $25 each (only applies if card is pulled out) (you save $125 each) 

c. STANDARD & ECONOMY- $10 each (only applies if card is pulled out) (you save $40;$25 each) 

7. I will have your total cost ready within 3 days of receiving your graded cards from Beckett. Payment will be made using goods and services in order to print label. In this cost are the following: 

a.Total # of cards multiplied by the BGS rate per card. 

b. PayPal/Venmo/Cashapp Fee etc.... 

c. Shipping Cost (For me to ship cards back to you) 

d. **If you want insurance on your package it's an additional fee** 

THIS GROUP WILL WORK WITH BGS! IF THEY NEED SOME EXTRA DAYS TO FINISH CARDS THEN WE WILL ACCEPT THAT AS PART OF THEM WORKING WITH US! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING!

Checking Pop Report: Go to Beckett's website and look for the card in the pop report. Go to the bottom of the list. Click on that card and see what the graded date is. If it's on the day your card should have been graded, chances are it is yours but not a sure thing. 

I do not control grades nor do I have contact with graders. I drop off and pick up with my rep and that is the extent of my contact there. They do not take bribes or show favoritism. Just know all of this ahead of time.
