Q: Is this card(s) worth sending in?

A: Do your research on card value raw vs graded. When it comes to condition you can make a note on the form to pull out cards that have noticeable issues. (I am not a grader and may miss things)

Q: How long does it take for me to get my cards back?

A: Companies do not have guaranteed turnaround times so completion varies.

Q: How do you verify the card submitted is mine after grading comes back if multiple people submit the same card?

A: Card are submitted separately if someone sends the same card. When cards are returned I know whose is whose. 

Q: Is there a way to track my cards after submitting?

A: You will refer to the Google document that I will update Friday of each week.

Q: I am confused on the process on how to fill out the forms, where can I find clarity?

A: Watch the how to video located ------ or message with additional question.

Q: What card savers/Semi-Rigid holders should I use?

A: You want to use the Card Saver 1's

Q: How do I know if you’ve received my card? 

A: Check your tracking to see if it was delivered, then look at the Google document located 

Q: What happens if my cards are lost in transit?

A: If they are with me then you are covered. Other than that its between you and the shipping service.

Q: Do I have to pay for return insurance when cards are completed?

A: Insurance is an optional service option. 

Q: What happens if I am incapacitated how do I provide family contact information for resolution of my cards?

A: I will do my best to locate family. You can also provide them with my information for contacting purposes.

Q: What happens if I move or change my phone number by the time I send cards to you and when they come back.? 

A: I ship from the payment unless other arrangements are made. I can contact you from the email address or phone number listed on the form.

Q: For cards looking to be resubmitted, what are the things that you can help with? 

A: I can wipe them with a microfiber cloth to remove residue and fingerprints. Absolutely no altering or foreign substances will be done on cards.

Q: Once my cards are received by you, do you handle my cards or an employee? 

A: When I use help they only help with unpacking, shipping and logging cards in. I am the only one that will remove cards for evaluation if asked to do so.

Q: If I have different service levels in my sub, do I need to fill out a sheet for each service level?

A: Yes, different forms with desired service level will need to be used. 

Q: Can you ship registered mail on high amounts to save the buyer on insurance cost?

A: That can be arranged once order is ready for shipping.

Q: If you don’t want to see your cards or know the grade on them, until you open them after receiving...how do you know how much insurance you would need?

A: You would only know grades if scans are requested. I suggested insuring as if every card got your desired grade.
